Questions and answers
How much does the LevelCar app cost?
The download is free. The free report opens without payment; the full report is bought in the app via the App Store — one at a time or as a report pack.
Do I need to sign up?
Cars can be checked without signing up. Signing in with Apple or email keeps reports and purchases in the LevelCar account.
Is the report in the app the same as on the website?
Yes. The website, the account area and the app show the same report with the same blocks and data.
How to check a car by a listing link?
Paste a plate number, a VIN or a listing link into the search field — the report is built for that car.
What is auto-update?
For a saved car the data is refreshed automatically at the chosen interval — no need to search again.
What are the device requirements?
An iPhone or iPad with iOS 16 or later. The app is in Ukrainian and English.
Is LevelCar available for Android?
There is no Android app yet. On Android the check works on the LevelCar website in the browser.
